Being God focussed

I havent posted in a while, and this morning, while I was busy with my home chores, I started talking to Yahshua. I was thinking about the difficulties we face every day, our circumstanses and our attitude toward God in our desert season. Immediately, Yahshua reminded me of Martha in the bible where she was upset with Miriam because she did not help her to serve as Yahshua and the disciples came to visit her. 39 And to this one was a sister being called Miriam, who also was sitting alongside, at the feet of Yahshua, and heard His Word. 40 But Martha was distracted about much serving. And coming on she said, Master, is it not a care to You that my sister left me alone to serve? Then tell her that she should help me. 41 But answering Yahshua said to her, Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things, 42 But there is need of only one; and Miriam chose the good part, which shall not be taken from her. (Lukas 10:38-42). He's response to Martha's complaining was that only one thing matters and that Miriam has chosen the good part, to sit as His feet. We need to be God focused and not problem focused. It made me wonder how God perceives me, am I always complaining when I talk to Him? Is my prayer like incense to Him? Does He smile and look forward to my time with Him? Am I a blessing to Him? Or am I always complaining? I want to be a blessing, so I need to change my perspective, yes we need to serve, but, we also need to make time to sit at His feet and bless Him, in return, we will be blessed back by His pressence. I want to choose the good part, to sit at His feet. May you spend more time, no matter what season you are in, in His presence, at His feet, that way, we will bless Him, and receive the good part.
